I decided to see if I couldn't take some pictures of miles this afternoon when the light was really great in our house and Piper was asleep, truthfully I should have been sleeping too, but I don't regret it.

Brother

Me: Piper, why is brother crying? (reason is apparent to me as there are tooth marks on his little hand) Piper: He doesn't like his hand in my mouth.

Me: Piper, where is Mommy's phone?
Piper: (frantically) I'm using it. I'm sending a text to baby.

A friend like Dana is a once in a lifetime find. I am so lucky to have her in my life! We have both been fortunate enough to have found awesome spouses but Dana will remain my hetero- life- partner until, well, FOREVER.

Addendum

So...baby Ezra just didn't stick. His name is now officially Miles. It was one of the first names we put on our short list and ended up being what we thought fit him the best. He is doing well, still really sleepy but eating well! Newer pics to come...
